Kris G.
Kris G. obtained her Personal Trainer education through PFIT University in Houston, Texas in 1997. This accredited program was taught, in part, by Baylor Sports Medicine Institute’s own top physical therapists, physicians and instructors. She is also certified as a Personal Trainer through ACE. Kris works mainly with clients who are just getting back into a gym environment and/or who have never worked out before. She has designed programs for healthy clients, as well as clients with high blood pressure, diabetes, back injuries, and fibromyalgia.
Kris enjoys aerobic dance, cycling, weight lifting and jogging. She’s tried just about everything including yoga, pilates and kickboxing. If it’s out there, chances are she’s tried it at least once.
As a 30-something mom, she’s lived through the weight gain of pregnancy, the recovery of a c-section and the long lasting post-partum blues. She’s lived through real‑life situations and understands how difficult it is to balance work, family and fitness. But it can be done. And you owe it to yourself to take that step and take care of YOU.
